After assessment, review the proposed repair and its cost. Repair work proceeds with your approval.
Know what you are agreeing to.
The service-call fee is $85. The visit and any repair are separate decisions: the proposed work, parts and price should be explained before you approve a repair. There is no automatic promise that the visit fee will be waived or credited.
A little preparation helps.
- Share the model number if it is readily accessible.
- Describe the symptoms and any error message you have already seen.
- Arrange property access and tell us about building requirements.
- Have someone available who can discuss and approve the proposed work.
Submitting a preferred date or time is a request. Our team must confirm the appointment. Completion may depend on diagnosis, parts and a follow-up visit.
