Let’s understand the problem
Sound familiar?
- Water remains at the bottom after a cycle
- Dishes are not coming out clean
- The dishwasher leaks or stops during a cycle
- The door, controls or detergent dispenser do not work as expected
A closer look comes first.
Drainage, water delivery, controls and door components can produce overlapping symptoms. Describe what happens during the cycle and whether the issue is new or recurring. We will assess the appliance and explain a proposed repair before work proceeds. Integrated models and custom panels need particular attention to access; sharing those details helps us plan the visit.
Before your visit
- Note the cycle used and photograph any error message.
- Tell us if the dishwasher has a custom cabinet panel or restricted access.
- Clear the floor in front of the unit and make the surrounding workspace accessible.
No need to move or take apart your appliance before requesting service. If using it appears unsafe, stop using it and seek appropriate help.

A few useful answers
Should I remove the dishwasher from the cabinet?
No. Leave the appliance installed and tell us about cabinetry, custom panels or other access limitations. Do not dismantle it before the visit.
Can I book for poor cleaning even if the dishwasher still runs?
Yes. Explain what is left on the dishes, which cycles you use and when the change began. These details help describe the problem but do not replace an assessment.
