Dryer repair

Give us the details of your dryer problem, and we will help you understand the next step.

Let’s understand the problem

Sound familiar?

  • Clothes remain damp after a normal cycle
  • The dryer runs but does not heat as expected
  • The drum does not turn or the cycle stops early
  • Controls do not respond or show an error message

A closer look comes first.

Drying performance depends on the appliance, its controls and the installation. A long cycle does not necessarily mean one particular part has failed. Include your model number and the symptoms you have noticed so we can review the appropriate service. Vent work, gas connections and installation changes are separate considerations; their scope must be confirmed before a visit.

Before your visit

  • Tell us whether the dryer is electric, gas or a heat-pump model, if known.
  • Note whether the drum turns and whether the issue happens on every cycle.
  • Describe the installation, including stacked units or a confined laundry closet.

No need to move or take apart your appliance before requesting service. If using it appears unsafe, stop using it and seek appropriate help.

A few useful answers

Does dryer repair include vent cleaning?

Do not assume vent cleaning is included. Describe any related concerns when you book, and we will discuss which work is available and what the visit covers.

What if I do not know which type of dryer I have?

The brand and model number can help identify it. You can still submit a request without those details; do not move or dismantle the appliance to look for them.
