Requests and appointment confirmation
The website lets you request service from Eco Appliance Hub. Submitting the form or selecting a preferred date does not create a confirmed appointment. We review the address, appliance, requested work and availability, then contact you to agree on the appointment details. We do not guarantee immediate or same-day service.
The $85 service call
The service-call fee is $85. Repair labor, parts and other proposed work are quoted separately. There is no automatic waiver or credit of the service-call fee toward a repair. Confirm the visit scope, applicable charges and payment arrangements before the appointment. If more than one appliance needs attention, identify each one so the charges can be discussed.
Repair decisions and estimates
You can review the proposed work and its price before authorizing a repair. An initial description, photograph or telephone discussion may not establish the cause or final cost. Diagnosis, parts availability and installation conditions can affect the proposal. Additional work or a changed scope should be discussed with you before you approve it.
Access, changes and cancellations
Provide accurate contact and property information and arrange access to the appliance. Tell us in advance about gates, parking restrictions, stairs, building documentation or elevator reservations. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request or appointment. Any applicable cancellation or access-related terms should be confirmed when scheduling.
Parts, timing and warranty
A visit does not guarantee that a repair can be completed immediately or that every appliance is repairable. Parts or further assessment may require a return visit. Warranty coverage depends on the specific work and parts. Ask for the applicable written coverage, duration and exclusions before approval; no single warranty period is promised for all jobs.
Independent service and website information
Eco Appliance Hub is an independent repair business. Brand names identify appliances and do not imply manufacturer authorization or endorsement. Website guides provide general information, not a diagnosis for your appliance. Do not dismantle equipment based on website content, and stop using an appliance if it appears unsafe.
Your rights and questions
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. The specific written estimate, authorization and warranty terms for your job should be reviewed alongside this information. Contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.
